This is a filter for the number of bets to be placed.
If both were set to 3 when using Dutch staking you could make sure all 3 bets are placed or none at all.
Also useful for multiple manual or multiple favourite bets to make sure you only bet if all bets can be placed.
Setting to None default will disable this filter.
