This will stop placing any further bets until the last x races have been settled.
If this is set to 1, no more bets will be placed until the last bet result is known.
This is very useful if you’re using one of the staking plans especially recovery as delays in results can cause
staking to be inaccurate.
0 is unlimited and will not affect betting.
